1. LICENSE AND AGE LIMITATIONS
In order to rent a car, you must be at least 22 years old and have a B group license for at least 2 years.
It is mandatory to have a TR ID number on the driver's license.
2. RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum duration of car rental is 24 hours for daily rentals and 30 days for monthly rentals.
Delays exceeding 2 hours are calculated as full days.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. This period can be kept higher in periods such as peak season and public holidays.
3. ISSUES INCLUDED AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
Prices include Traffic Insurance and 20% VAT. The right to use the kilometer in the daily car rental service is 200 km per day. The right to use mileage is limited to 3000 km in car rental service for more than 15 days and monthly. The mileage fee varies on the basis of vehicle group, and you can get detailed information from our reservation center or offices.
Fuel, Guarantees, One-Way Fee, Delivery / Pick-up Fee according to office availability, Baby Seat, Navigation, Bridge and Highway Crossing Device-Card Usage Fee with Additional Driver are calculated separately.
4. ONE WAY FEES
In case the vehicle is received from one city and returned to another city, the one-way fee stipulated by Payless is applied. Fee information varies by office and can be viewed at the booking stage. You can get detailed information by calling our offices.
5. ADDITIONAL DRIVER SERVICE
In order for the vehicle to be used by the person and/or persons other than the renter, it is possible to add the Driver's License information of the additional driver to the Rental Agreement, with an additional fee. In the event of an accident by the user or users who are not included in the rental agreement, all guarantees are deemed invalid, and both the renter and the person/persons who drive the vehicle are held separately and jointly responsible. Additional driver rental conditions are the same as those found in Driver's License and Age Restrictions.
6. LATE DELIVERY
Rental is made on a 24-hour basis.
For delays exceeding two (2) hours, a 1-day rental fee will be charged.
7. EARLY REFUND
If the vehicle is returned before the contract expiry date after receipt, no refund will be made. However, the remaining balance can be used for the next reservation.
8. FUEL
Please return the vehicle with the amount of fuel you bought. In case of delivery with the missing fuel level, the fuel cost and 25% more will be invoiced to the lessee as service fee. This fee will be collected from the deposit taken from the cash or credit card upon delivery of the vehicle. You can get detailed information from our rental offices.
9. VEHICLE DELIVERY
The reservation you have made has been confirmed according to the vehicle group and no brand and/or model guarantee is given. If the vehicle or equivalent you requested cannot be allocated to you, a free upgrade or price update can be made to downgrade.
The lessee will return the vehicle to the station where he rented the vehicle, or to the Lessor's office at another location specified in the contract, as well as receiving all the documents belonging to the vehicle, accessory tools, spare tire.
Analysis is done before the tenant receives the vehicle, office officials reserve the right not to deliver the vehicle within the scope of this analysis.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
The total rental amount and security fees are collected at the beginning of the rental with the credit card of the person who is renting the vehicle, on which his name, surname and credit card number are displayed.
The lease agreement is opened during the rental and is arranged according to the laws and practices of the rental country. Payless General Rental Conditions are valid for the rentals to be realized.
The credit card holder must be present in person at the time of rental. It is not possible to rent with someone else's credit card. In addition to the rental fee, a certain amount of deposit is collected from the credit card physically presented by the customer, depending on the brand and model of the vehicle to be rented. For this reason, it is necessary to have limit availability (up to the total cost of rent and deposit). The amount collected as a deposit at the end of the lease, if any, the above-mentioned additional services, guarantees, missing fuel, damage, penalty, etc. It will be refunded to the same card after deducting the costs that are not included in the reservation. Deposit refunds are reflected on your credit card within 21 working days after the refund is made due to the internal communication of the bank.
11. ONLINE PREPAID RESERVATION AND RENTAL
Online reservation page; whether the reservation is confirmed or not; It does not replace the car rental agreement. Rental is made on behalf of the person whose name is given in the Prepaid Reservation Form details.
Payless will refund the entire amount previously paid by the customer if it is unable to provide the rental service due to reasons related to it.
Refunds are reflected on your credit card within 3-21 business days after the return process is made due to the internal communication of the bank.
For rentals to be made from Payless rental offices, the amount of prepaid reservations is limited to the amounts written on the Payless Prepaid Reservation Forms.
Payless Prepaid Reservation forms include additional services and guarantees that our customers may request at the beginning or during the rental process, fuel, one-way, traffic fines and damage costs (in cases where the conditions described in the section on what to do in case of accident and theft written in the rental agreement are not met), etc. does not include expenses. For these costs, our customers are required to present their personal credit card physically during the rental.
During the reflection of the payments made to the credit card of our customers, all kinds of commissions, foreign exchange differences, service fees, etc. that the banks to which the used credit card belongs, may apply for any reason. The costs are not the responsibility of the Payless brand.
If Payless is unable to provide the rental service for reasons attributable to it, it will refund the full amount previously paid by the customer.
Payless Prepaid Reservation amount includes car rental fee and additional services you have received during the reservation. At the beginning of the rental, a personal credit card must be presented physically for additional services and possible extras (HGS, fuel, traffic ticket, one-way, in cases where the conditions described in the section of what to do in case of accident and theft written in the rental agreement are not met, etc.).
Rental conditions for prepaid reservations are listed below.
- Rental date, time, vehicle information, rental office cannot be updated or changed in Prepaid reservations.
- The total amount of the car rental fee booked with the prepayment option and the additional product and assurance packages you have chosen will be collected at the reservation stage.
- In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the period specified in the reservation form, the additional cost to be incurred is collected from the credit card physically presented by our customer at the beginning of the rental.
- For prepaid reservations, unused days of our customers are not refunded if the vehicle is returned earlier than the reservation deadline.
- For Prepaid reservations, if the reservation is canceled up to 24 hours before the vehicle pick-up time, the entire rental fee will be refunded by Payless.
- If there is less than 24 hours left before the rental start time of the Prepaid reservation, the following conditions will apply.
- If your rental is less than 24 hours before the purchase time, a refund is made after the 3-day rental fee is deducted. If your reservation is less than 3 days, no refunds can be made.
- In Prepaid reservations, vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept for 1 hour from the pick-up time, and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within this hour. After 1 hour, the reservation will be canceled automatically by the system and no refund will be made.
- Refund process for Prepaid Reservations takes 21 working days, depending on the bank's processing intensity.
- In order for the vehicles to be delivered to our customers in Prepaid Reservations, the General Rental Conditions and the following conditions must be fulfilled. If the following conditions are not met, the vehicle will not be allocated and the above return conditions apply.
- The deposit amount, which varies according to the rental type and vehicle group, must be provided from the personal credit card. The credit card must contain the name, surname and credit card number of the person who will be renting.
- In addition to the rental fee, there must be sufficient limit eligibility for the deposit amount to be placed on the credit card.
- The person who will receive the vehicle must physically present his driver's license and his credit card to the Payless office.
- The writings on the driver's licenses must be legible and the driver's license must not be worn.
- A vehicle cannot be rented if a Turkish Identity number is not written on the driver's license.
- Users with a foreign driver's license must physically present their passport/country entry stamp to the office where they will be renting.
12. NO-SHOW APPLICATION
If the vehicle is not picked up at the pick-up time specified in the reservation, the reservation changes to No-Show status after 1 hour. In case of No-Show, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and no refund will be made.
13. CANCELLATION AND REFUND APPLICATION
If you notify us of your cancellation request on the date you make the reservation, the amount you paid will be refunded to your card.
Our refund application for your other cancellation requests is as follows:
- If your rental is less than 24 hours before the purchase time, a refund is made after the 3-day rental fee is deducted.
- If your reservation is less than 3 days, no refunds can be made.
14. TRAFFIC FINES
Any liability and material traffic fines arising from non-compliance with the current traffic laws belong to the user. Fines for traffic and illegal bridges and highway crossings, which occur during the rental period of the vehicle but reach us after the end of the rental, are collected from the person and/or company specified in the rental agreement. The time that will pass due to the detention of the vehicles by official or local authorities for whatever reason is considered within the contract period. Traffic fines written on the license plate are paid when notified to us and are collected from our customers' credit cards; Concurrently, the service fee for the traffic fine is also applied.
15. IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the event of an accident, it is necessary to take pictures of the crime scene without changing the location of the vehicle. It is obligatory to keep an accident report in accordance with the shape of the accident, or to apply to the nearest police or gendarmerie station, to obtain accident, theft and alcohol detection reports and to inform the office numbers that serve 24/7. The crime scene should not be left without his approval.
- Accident detection reports, which are only issued by the traffic police, can be obtained by vehicle users from the police department, or they can be obtained via e-government.
- In case the vehicle is stolen, it is obligatory to apply to the nearest police or gendarmerie station and inform the office numbers that serve 24/7. Otherwise, all guarantees purchased will be deemed invalid and any damage will be collected from the tenant, including material and moral losses given to third parties.
- In case of malfunction of the vehicle or if support is needed for any reason, assistance should be obtained from the office numbers that serve 24/7.
- To extend the rental period, notify / change the return time and day, please call the office where you rented or our Reservation center.
- In case of an accident, vehicle breakdown or if you need support for any reason during the rental, call the office where you rented or call 0212 465 4488.
- In case of periodic maintenance mileage of the vehicle during your use, please call the office where you rented so that you can continue your journey safely.
- In case of accident or theft of the vehicle unilaterally, accident, theft and alcohol detection reports, statement report and eyewitness report must be obtained by applying to the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the location of the (vehicle).
- In DOUBLE-SIDED accidents, drivers are obliged to fill in the Material Damage Accident Detection Report as specified on the report, depending on the type of accident.
16. ASSURANCES
The explanation about our assurances is given below. Descriptions are for general and informational purposes only. Payless reserves the right to change this information over time. The guarantees included in your reservation are included in your price offer and/or reservation confirmation.
You can buy the assurances that are not included in your prices from our sales offices at the beginning of the rental. You can also get detailed information about the current limits from our sales offices.
Exemption Damage Assurance: Damage assurance that covers only a part of the damages incurred during the accident, if a report is prepared, according to the exemption rate.
Damage Assurance Without Exemption: Damage assurance that covers all of the damages incurred during the accident, if a report is prepared.
Mini Damage Assurance: It is a damage assurance that offers the customer the right to repair with a declaration of up to 1500 TL for one-sided damage cases where it is not possible to prepare a report or keep a record.
Super Mini Damage Assurance: It is a damage assurance that offers the customer the right to repair with a declaration of up to 4,000 TL for one-sided damage cases where it is not possible to prepare a report or keep a record.
Rubber Glass Headlight Assurance: It is the damage assurance covering the vehicle's headlights, windshield, side mirrors and rear stop lamps, based on the valid written statement of the driver, without a police/gendarmerie report or accident report, in case of tire-glass-headlight-mirror damage other than the accident.

17. RENTAL WITH FOREIGN LICENSE
Turkish citizens who will make a rental know and accept that it is possible to drive in our country with their driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries only under the following conditions and conditions:
With the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of 1 year from the date of entry into our country.
Those who have been in our country for more than six months are required to have Turkish translations of their driver's licenses approved by foreign representatives or notary public, together with their driver's license, while driving.
At the end of one year, it is obligatory to replace the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries with the driver's license of our country in order to be able to drive in our country.
Foreign nationals who will be renting know and accept that it is possible to drive in our country with their driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries under the following conditions and conditions:
- With the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of six months from the date of entry into our country.
- At the end of six months, it is obligatory to replace the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries with our country's driver's license in order to be able to drive in our country.
- For foreign driver's licenses, if the date of issuance of the driver's license and the name of the customer are written in latin alphabet and can be read, a car rental can be made. If it is not written in the Latin alphabet, a notarized translation must be declared.
18. TIME EXTENSION
If you want to extend your rental period, you must apply for it and get written approval. Extensions without approval will be a violation of the lease agreement. Since the fee information in your rental agreement is limited to the dates specified in the agreement, you can call the Payless Office where you rented for the updated price information on the dates you will extend your rental period.
19. IMPORTANT WARNINGS
A lease agreement will be signed during the rental.

Even if there is a reservation, Payless may not deliver the vehicle when it deems necessary. In this case, the fee will be refunded.
It is forbidden to take our vehicles outside the borders of Turkey.
Your car rental reservation has been confirmed to the car group and no brand and/or model guarantee is given.
In case of malfunction of the vehicle or if support is needed for any reason, assistance should be obtained from the 24/7 service 0212 465 4488 telephone.
Renter; in the vehicle received in good condition and in good condition; For reasons (but not limited to those listed, transmission failure due to incorrect gear shifting, damages that may occur due to continued use of the vehicle even though the warning light is on, damages caused by hitting the bottom of the vehicle, damage to components such as tires and rims, malfunctions and damages caused by fuel, etc.) It accepts and undertakes to pay for all damages and losses, including all kinds of mechanical and electrical damages. All damages and losses, including these mechanical and electrical, are out of the scope of insurance and guarantees.
The winter tire option is offered as an additional product and is a paid service. Winter tires vary according to the region and branch, and are limited to stocks.
Please make sure that the vehicle delivery and pick-up form is filled and mutually signed at the beginning and during the return of the rental.
